Weeks 1-12: Quality Gains with Primobolan

Primobolan (Methenolone Enanthate) 400mg/week

• Administration: Two shots per week at 200mg per shot.
• Purpose: Primobolan is included for its ability to promote lean muscle gains and enhance overall muscle quality.

Weeks 7-12: Finishing with Winstrol

Winstrol (Stanozolol) 50mg every other day

• Administration: Administered every other day for a total of 50mg each time.
• Purpose: Winstrol is introduced to enhance muscle hardness and promote a lean, defined physique.

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) - Weeks 14-17:

Day 1:
Clomid (Clomiphene) 200mg + Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) 40mg

• Purpose: Initiate PCT to stimulate natural testosterone production and restore hormonal balance.

Days 2-11:
Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg (daily)

• Purpose: Continue PCT with reduced doses to sustain the recovery process.

Days 12-21:
