I did a 12 week Sustanon cycle with 270mg (1cc) on Mon and Wed. and Fri. I put on 12 pounds in that 12 weeks and have since kept all of it thus far (3 weeks since end of cycle so admittedly still early). I also used adex and a little tren but the focus was on the sustanon. I do not lift heavy so I can talk about weight increases, but my recovery was insane and when I lift I lift for reps and was able to squeeze out a few extra presses. Although not exactly related to weightlifting, the one thing I noticed even more than usual was that my libido was THROUGH THE ROOF, pun intended.
