PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

THERAPEUTICAL INDICATIONS

Nolvaxyl is indicated for the treatment of:

• Estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer in both pre- and post-menopausal women.
• Adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer.
• Reduction in the risk of invasive breast cancer in women with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and in women at high risk for breast cancer.

DOSES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

The dosage and duration of Nolvaxyl treatment should be determined by a healthcare professional. It is usually administered orally with or without food.

CYCLE/STACKING

Solo cycle:

• Weeks 1-5: Nolvaxyl (20 mg daily)

Cutting cycle:

• Weeks 1-8: Testoxyl Propionate 100 (100 mg every other day)
• Weeks 1-8: Nolvaxyl (20 mg daily)

Bulking cycle:

• Weeks 1-10: Dianoxyl 20 (20 mg daily)
• Weeks 1-10: Nolvaxyl (20 mg daily)

POST CYCLE THERAPY

PCT after a cycle with Nandroxyl 250:

• Weeks 1-4: Nolvaxyl (20 mg daily)
• Weeks 1-4: Clomixyl (50 mg daily)

SIDE EFFECTS

Common side effects may include hot flashes, nausea, and fatigue. Serious side effects such as blood clots and uterine cancer are rare.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Nolvaxyl is contraindicated in individuals with a known hypersensitivity to Tamoxifen Citrate and in those with a history of blood clots.

OVERDOSE

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include uncontrolled shaking, unsteadiness, and dizziness.

WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:

Patients with a history of liver disease or high cholesterol should use Nolvaxyl with caution. Regular monitoring is advised.
